Abigail Cuffe
Abigail is a Paralegal within our ever expanding Court of Protection department.
Abigail previously worked for Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) where she dealt with several Court of Protection claimants. It was whilst working at the DWP that Abigail became interested in offering more help and support to those claimants than just dealing with their benefits claims.
She joined the Court of Protection department here at Potter Rees Dolan in 2020 as a Paralegal, and is the first point of contact for clients and their family members, ensuring they feel supported. What does Abigail enjoy most about her role?
"I enjoy working with challenging clients and supporting them to become as independent as possible."
Outside of work
Outside of work Abigail enjoys cooking and loves to travel in her free time - she is always looking for a new country to explore!
