Greg Poole

Greg is head of the Court of Protection team in our Manchester office. Greg acts as professional deputy for clients who have sustained serious brain injuries which have impacted upon their capacity to make financial decisions for themselves. He acts as professional trustee for clients who have retained capacity but require specialist advice in managing their compensation award.

Greg loves to develop long-lasting relationships with our clients and their families and endeavours to support them in fulfilling their potential to live as independently as possible and achieve all their personal ambitions in life.

Greg has excellent relationships with case managers, treating therapists and financial advisors and helps ensure that our clients are provided with the best support and advice in managing their substantial compensation awards.

Greg also specialises in statutory will applications having been awarded the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Award for Excellence in Advanced Will Preparation in 2012.
