Greg qualified as a solicitor in 2005 where he specialised in Private Client work including wills, probate, estate planning and powers of attorney. Greg is also a Trust and Estate Practitioner having passed all the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP) diploma exams as well as the STEP advanced certificate in will drafting and the advanced certificate in cross-border estates.
Greg decided to focus on Court of Protection work three years ago as the skills needed for private client work are very similar to Court of Protection and he hasn’t regretted it at all. He enjoys all aspects of Court of Protection work but finds the most rewarding part to be getting to know the client and their family so that we can try and make their lives as normal as possible.
Greg is an avid Manchester City fan and has an obsession with anything football. If he wasn't a solicitor, Greg would have become a photographer and is a very keen amateur; still holding onto the dream one day it could make him some money!
N-Able Services have worked with the Court of Protection Department at PotterReesDolan for some years now and feel that they have a good understanding of the issues that many clients face in managing their finances. In these more difficult financial times PotterReesDolan understand the importance of insuring that client’s money has to be managed wisely in order to provide the client with longevity of funding.
