Helen Budge

Helen is a senior solicitor in our clinical negligence department. She has nearly 20 years of experience providing legal advice and support to claimants who have suffered serious injuries and has specialised in clinical negligence cases since qualifying as a solicitor in 2005.

She deals with a broad range of medical negligence cases including brain injury cases (both adult and child), amputations, fatal claims and spinal injury cases. She has represented many children who have cerebral palsy as a result of brain damage at birth.

Helen is passionate about the work that she does, both because of the difference that a successful claim can make to the life of an individual client, and also because such cases play a fundamental role in improving patient safety.

Outside work, Helen enjoys spending time with her children and travelling. She is also a keen cook and rather more reluctant runner.
