Mary is a Senior Paralegal in our Court of Protection team.

Education & career

After first joining a solicitors firm in 1988, Mary has continued to enjoy undertaking different roles in various areas of law. Mary accidentally came across Court of Protection work in 2002 and never looked back.

Mary currently has a small amount of clients of her own and, as Senior Paralegal, her role includes training new paralegals who join the team. Mary said:

“I was very intrigued by the role I took up many years ago. I like the fact that my job is varied and can be quite challenging.”

Outside of work

Mary enjoys fitness and cooking which takes up most of her free time, as well as spending time with her twin daughters (aged 20) who both live at home.
