Rebecca has over four years’ experience working in Court of Protection, joining Potter Rees Dolan in June 2017. As a Legal Assistant, Rebecca handles administrative matters and accounts for clients. She is often the first point of contact for clients in this department when they need assistance on any day to day matters.
Rebecca likes to bake in her spare time and occasionally makes birthday cakes for family and friends and sometimes the office.
If Rebecca was not working at Potter Rees Dolan, her ideal job would be working with animals.
Court of Protection Testimonials
N-Able Services have worked with the Court of Protection Department at PotterReesDolan for some years now and feel that they have a good understanding of the issues that many clients face in managing their finances. In these more difficult financial times PotterReesDolan understand the importance of insuring that client’s money has to be managed wisely in order to provide the client with longevity of funding.
Mrs Edwards (Business Director) - N-Able
Fourteen years ago my daughter was seriously injured. Throughout the lengthy litigation process, Hugh Potter and his team were an excellent source of advice and support. After the case was settled, the Court of Protection became involved and so PotterReesDolan remain very much an integral and important part of our lives because Hugh was appointed deputy on my daughters behalf. As deputy, Hugh works with me, patiently explaining how the Court works, supporting family decisions, taking a great weight of responsibility from me. The devastating impact such an accident can have on a family is incalculable, but Hugh has made everything immeasurably easier for me. I would unreservedly recommend PotterReesDolan to anyone who may find themselves in similar drastic circumstances and urge them to call upon the wealth of experience and breadth of knowledge that Hugh and his colleagues are able to provide.
