Vicky Griffin
As Practice Director, Vicky oversees pretty much everything that goes on in the firm. She keeps everyone in check!
As a non-lawyer, she has over 20 years of managerial experience and specialises in Business management, HR, accounts, quality auditing and client care. She recently graduated from Manchester University with a Post Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice Management with Merit.
With a love of gritty detective programmes like CSI, Vicky would have loved to have been a forensic scientist. She loves reading most genres and gets fully engrossed in a good book.
Vicky’s taste in music varies from Country music to the crooning of Michael Bublé; the latter would be one of her ideal dinner party guests, along with Prince Harry and Lee Mack.
Vicky could think of nothing better than relaxing at home with a glass of Pinot Grigio – with ice – watching a feel-good film like Top Gun or Footloose!

I am completely blown away after the success your input has done for me. Now, instead of life not being worth living, I can take time to make a life with a difference. I will forever be grateful to you! I am very grateful to your firm and especially Mr. Renshaw for his simple instructions, patience and understanding. Having him as an advocate was everything and more than I could have ask for. Many thanks for what you do.

One aspect which I value highly is that a promise to call will always be honoured. This may seem a small point but it is absolutely critical to peace of mind for the client. Communications, written and verbal, are always timeous, appropriate and well explained. As I develop below, each one of the team is invariably compassionate, understanding and empathic. This is of great importance to clinical negligence clients, who may well be facing life changing events, and not for the better. The Practice has a substantial and impressive array of medico legal contacts whose expertise they can call upon. We have been impressed with their thorough work and pleased with their achievements so far in dealing with our claim.
In our experience what makes them stand out, apart from their knowledge and expertise, which one would expect, is their kindness, compassion and empathy. Written communications are always clear, focused and comprehensive, but they are in no way presented as examples of clinical or legal detachment, and are always mindful of the implications of the contents and the possible painful repercussions for us, as clients. Verbal communication with the team is equally clear, focused and comprehensive, and has the additional element of humanity. By this I mean taking the necessary time to listen, understand our concerns and respond with clarity, sensitivity and sympathy. Frankly, we have never met a professional team in any capacity with so much understanding and empathy for the client, and we have come to regard them as not only our legal representatives, but as our trusted advisors and friends.

Suzanne went above and beyond to make sure we got the help we needed. Without the help, I don't know what I would have done. Thank you so much. Keep doing what you're doing, outstanding work.

Coming to PRD can be compared to someone stumbling around in a dark room for a long time, them finding the light switch. Thank you for all the help so far.
